A column was added along with a small bar area with shelves and the walls were clad in rustic shiplap planks.

And a clearer view of the storage space gained by adding this bar area. Now there is truly a place for everything.
Here is another wall from the previous kitchen reno. On the left is the "Before" with "After" on the right. We built out a pantry and cladded that wall with the shiplap planks as well.
Tall Pantry Cabinet on right side of the refrigerator was replaced with a custom Espresso stain match.
Tall pull-outs make accessing everything easy.
